THE ITEMS ARE SOLD For sale a bunch of 2009 Buell XB12Scg parts in bundle Alright, today is the day. For sale a bunch of 2009 Buell XB12Scg parts in one bundle. As some of you know I customized my Buell (see the picture in my profile) and I have a bunch of leftover parts after this project and I want to get rid of all of them. I sold some of the biggest leftover parts but there are still a lot of small items, some of them quite valuable and I hate to throw away useful things. But there are so many parts that it will take me forever to sell all of them individually, especially I do not have time to deal with it (it took me almost 3 days just to sort, pack those parts together and prepare the list of items). And I am also now in process of relocating and I wish to get rid of all of them at once since I do not have time to sell individual pieces. So if you want jut some of them you can buy the whole bundle for cheap and sell the rest for somebody who might need the rest and return some money. Most of the parts are on good condition, some of them are new. You will get everything I posted on the pictures below. The bundle is $100+shipping cost. I believe this is nice price for Badweatherbikers board members. Only USA shipping. I'm going to use USPS service to send the package with the parts. Also, please note that I will be available to ship the parts likely only on Saturday but maybe also will be available for shipping on morning of next business day after receiving the money. Everything is individually packed in plastic bags or wrapped in protective foam and placed into the cardboard box.      Here is the list of the most valuable items: 1)2009 Buell XB 12 Scg Black Tail Sections Sub frame Left (P/N M0614-1ADYT) and Right (P/N M0612-1ADYT). The sub frames have attached shoulder screws, 2 on each (P/N CA0018.02A8). The sub frames are overall in good condition, they have some scratched and chipped paint, the Right sub frame has chipped paint spot outside, The Left sub frame has notched seat hook post. The sub frame is from my motorcycle with 25000 miles, I designed and built custom sub frame with custom seat and I do not need the original seat parts anymore (those will cost you around $250-$500 on eBay for both items).        2)2009 Buell XB 12 Scg Trunk Pan (P/N M0007.1AD)with Battery Pan (P/N VINL0076.1AD), Seat Latch (P/N M0069.02A8), Seat Latch Bracket (P/N L0075.1AD), Rear Shock Reservoir Mount (P/N L0072.1AD), Seat Lock Cable (P/N M0066.1AD), Retainer Seat Lock (P/N M0067.02A8), Seat Lock Plate (P/N M0068.5AC), ECM mount fasteners and some another fasteners. The trunk is from my motorcycle with 25000 miles, I designed and built new tail section and do not need the original parts anymore. The trunk assembly is in good condition, has some rubbing marks inside (this will cost you around $30-$50 on eBay).      3)2009 Buell XB 12 Scg Handlebar Black (P/N N0002.1ADYCX). The handlebar has some scratches, rubbing marks and chipped paint spots. The handlebar is from my motorcycle with 25000 miles. I installed Fire bolt handlebar on my motorcycle, so I do not need the original handlebar anymore (handlebar in such condition will cost you maybe $20-$30 on eBay).    4)2009 Buell XB 12 Scg Complete Lock Set (P/N Y0602.1AD). The set inclides 2 keys, steering head lock, seat lock, gas cap, key recovery number. The key set is from my motorcycle and has 25000 miles. I installed Buell Firebolt keys set on my motorcycle, so I do not need this key set anymore. The key set condition is OK, It has some scratched and bends on slotted metal plates (a key set will cost you around $200 on eBay).     5) 2009 Buell XB 12 Scg Battery Strap (P/N Y0103.02A8) with battery Strap Adapter (P/N C0041.02A8). I bought this strap with adapter on Ebay used and add to it 25000 miles. The condition is OK. It has metal adapter, it looks like it bent or something, my motorcycle did not have this adapter, so I do not know if it should be like this but it works OK holding the battery. I used this adapter in combination with the strap otherwise the strap alone will just be overstretched and broken. I relocated battery in the airbox and use different mounting method and do not need this strap anymore (this is maybe $10 on eBay).    6) 2009 Buell XB 12 Scg Windscreen White Modified (lowered and covered with blue plastidip). I bought this fly screen new in original white color, lowered it (drilled new holes and glued the original holes with plugs) and covered with blue plastidip. The screen has about 1000 miles and is in good condition. I installed different headlight and do not need this fly screen anymore (such thing will cost you maybe $20-$40 on eBay).     7)2009 Buell XB 12 Scg Instrument Cluster(P/N Y0500.AC). The cluster has around 4636 miles on odometer and is in good condition, has some web scratches on the plastic screen. I removed this instrument cluster from my motorcycle at 4636 miles. I use different headlight with Motogadget Motoscop Mini instrument cluster, so I do not need the original instrument cluster (this will cost you around $100-$250 on eBay depending on year, mileage and condition).    8) 2009 Buell XB 12 Scg Tail Reflectors Brackets Left (P/N M0232.4A8) and Right (P/N M0233.4A8) with Red Reflectors (P/N 59259-90) (it will cost you maybe $10-$20 on eBay).      9) 2009 Buell XB 12 Scg Left and Right Passenger Foot pegs brackets with attached foot pegs, heel guards and bracket fasteners. The passenger foot pegs brackets assembly are from my motorcycle and are in very good condition. They have about 25000 miles. I designed and built custom tail and do not need the passenger foot pegs (this will cost you around $200 on eBay).       10) 2x 2009 Buell XB 12 Scg Handlebar End Plugs (P/N N0010.02A8). The plugs condition is OK. They have marks from prying effort. I removed them from my motorcycle, they have about 2000 miles. I installed handlebar end mounted mirrors and do not need the plugs (maybe $1-$2 used on eBay).     11) 2009 Buell XB 12 Scg Fuel Rail (P/N P0268.5AA). This fuel rail is from my motorcycle and has about 24000 miles. Condition is good. I bought another fuel rail on eBay to modified it and installed fuel pressure gauge while kept riding my motorcycle, then I replaced my original fuel rail by modified fuel rail. I do not need the original fuel rail anymore (this item goes around $30-$40 on eBay).     12) 2009 Buell XB 12 Scg Front Pulley 27T Steel (P/N 40288-95). The front pulley is from my motorcycle and has about 4000 miles. It is in good condition, has some oxidation. I installed chain with sprockets on my motorcycle and do not need the pulley (this item is around $70-$80 on eBay).    13) 2009 Buell XB 12 Scg Belt Tensioner Idler Assembly. This Idler assembly is from my motorcycle. It has about 4000 miles. The condition is very good. I use chain drive conversion and do not need the idler (the idler cost on eBay is $30-$150 depending on condition)    14) 2009 Buell XB 12 Scg License Plate Light (P/N Y0514.CA) with light bulb. The licence plate light has trimmed wires with no plugs. I removed this unit from my motorcycle. It has maybe 2000 miles. I use custom tail and do not need the original light (maybe $10 on eBay).     15) 2009 Buell XB 12 Scg Front Pulley Fasteners. The front pulley mount fasteners include 2 bolts (condition is new), a nut (condition is new), and lock plate (condition is OK, it has some rust and I modified it grinding the corners a little, but it does not affet the function). The lock plate is original plate from my motorcycle and has 25000 miles. The rest is new items I bought on Ebay from Harley Davidson Drag Specialties front sprocket mount kit (maybe $10 on eBay).   16)21T front sprocket from Free Spirits Buell XB chain conversion kit. The condition is NEW, never installed. I bought Free Spirits Buel XB chain conversion kit to borrow only rear sprocket and chain tensioner. I do not need the front sprocket (maybe it will cost you around $30 on eBay).    17) Free Spirits Chain Conversion Guard for Buell XB. These parts are from Free Spirits chain conversion kit, there a few CNC machined black anodized aluminum brackets, roller and some fasteners. I do not know the purpose of this part, it looks like some kind of chain guard, Free Spirits did not provide instructions with their kit. I bought Free Spirits Buel XB chain conversion kit to borrow only rear sprocket and chain tensioner. I do not need these part (maybe $30 on eBay).   18) Buell XB Rear Wheel 2 Bearings Axle Inner Spacer (P/N G0323.02A8). This spacer is from Buell XB 2 Bearings style rear wheel I bought on Ebay. The mileage and year is unknown. The spacer has grinded groove on one end but other than this I can not say if it is bad (see the pictures). I use good spacer without damages on my motorcycle and do not need this unit but maybe it will work for you (maybe $1 on eBay).     19) Buell XB LED Flasher Relay GROTE 44893. This is flasher relay for LED turn signals, fits Buell XB socket but do not have mounting tab likewise the OEM flasher relay. I bought this relay on American Sport Bike online store. It has about 20000 miles and is in good condition. I use different shape LED flasher relay on my motorcycle and do not need this unit (maybe $10 used on eBay).  20) 2009 Buell XB 12 Scg Bags of Fuses and Relays miscellaneous. These relays and fuses are from my motorcycle and from another Buell XB motorcycle harness I bought on Ebay. There are maybe 12 relays and a bunch of fuses. Some relay might be bad, but most of them worked when I removed them. They have maybe 10000-20000 miles. This is probably going to be good cheap spare parts for somebody who uses OEM style relays. I installed different fuse-relay block on my motorcycle and use different style relays and do not need the original relays anymore (maybe $1 on eBay).  21) Buell XB Switch Assembly Handlebar Left (P/N N0159.TB). I bought this left switch assembly handlebar on Ebay to take horn signal button out of it. The motorcycle year and mileage is unknown. This unit is in bad condition, the turn signal switch and the horn button are broken, the housing and the headlight button are damaged. Maybe you can use some parts out of this unit (maybe $1 on eBay).   22) 2009 Buell XB 12 Scg Wiring Harness Case (P/N Y0324.02A8 and P/N Y0345.02A8). This case consists of 2 parts. I took it out of 2009 Buell XB 12 Scg Wiring Harness I bought on Ebay. The mileage is unknown. Condition is not good, one part has crack, both parts have sticky tape residue (maybe $1 on eBay).       23) 2x 2009 Buell XB 12 Scg Fuses-Relays Block bases. These are two disassembled fuse blocks from 2009 Buell XB 12 Scg wiring harnesses. One is from my motorcycle and has 25000 miles, another is from wiring harness I bought on Ebay with unknown mileage. One block has broken rib (see the picture) but it does not affect functionality. Condition of both blocks is OK. I use different style fuse block with custom wiring harness I built and do not need these blocks anymore (maybe $10 on eBay each).   24) 2x 2009 Buell XB 12 Scg Fuses Block Covers. The covers condition is OK, they have scratches and some dents, but completely functional. One cover is from my motorcycle wiring harness and has about 25000 miles, another cover is from 2009 Buell XB 12 Scg wiring harness I bought on Ebay, mileage is unknown. I use different style fuse block with custom wiring harness I built and do not need these covers anymore (maybe $10 on eBay each).    25) Some plugs cut from two wiring harnesses taken from my 2009 Buell XB 12 Scg Wiring Harness (P/N Y0136.5AC) and from a similar wiring harness I bought on eBay. Maybe you can use those as spare parts to repair your wiring harness. 26) 2009 Buell XB 12 Scg Fuel Injectors Rear (P/N P0027.1AA) and Front (P/N P0026.1AA). These Injectors are from my motorcycle and have about 25000 miles. Exterior condition is good. I decided to replace them by new OEM injectors when I had troubles with engine idling and AFV. I replaced a bunch of parts in one time, so I do not if the issue was related to the injectors. All I can say they are not clogged, they are not leaking, they open and close without issues according what I saw testing them (you might find those for around $100-$150 for a set on eBay).     27) 2009 Buell XB 12 Scg Front Brake Line for ZRL2 8 Pistons Caliper (P/N H1531.8AE). This front brake line is from my motorcycle and has about 25000 miles. Condition is OK, metal parts have some oxidation or contamination on surface, the rubber grommets are unglued from the places and slide freely on the line. I converdet the steering head to Firebolt and use Buell Firebolt front brake line, so I do not need the original brake line anymore (maybe around $20 on eBay).       28) 2009 Buell XB 12 Scg Right Side Airscoop (P/N M0903.02A8A). This airscoop is from my motorcycle. It has maybe 10000 miles. The plastic near the back mounting tab is melted and cracked (see pictures). I use different right airscoop from comfort kit and do not need the original part (maybe $10 on eBay)       29) 2009 Buell XB 12 Scg Tail Screen with Decal, finish anodized Black (P/N M1050.1ASZT). The tail screen is from my motorcycle and has about 4000 miles. Condition is good. I designed and built different tail and do not need the original tail parts anymore. (I found a unit for $130 on eBay).     30) 2009 Buell XB 12 Scg Tail Rear Reflector Assembly Red, Rear Reflector Bracket (P/N L0541.02A8), Reflector Red (P/N 59259-90), 2x T27 truss Head Screws 1/4-20 x 1/2, 2x Lock Not Thin Nylock 1/4-20. The Tail Rear Reflector is from my motorcycle. It has about 4000 miles. Condition is OK. Originally it has 3 fasteners (but I took 1 screw and 1 nut from it), so you have to find 1 more screw and nut. I designed and built custom tail and do not need the original parts anymore. (maybe $10 on eBay).     31) 2009 Buell XB 12 Scg Throttle Cables Open (P/N N0307.5AC) and Close (P/N N0308.5AC). The throttle cables are from my motorcycle and have 25000 miles. Condition of the cables is not good, but they worked for me. They have melted, rubbed and teared spots (see the pictures). I do not use them because of I installed Firebolt Top Tree with Firebolt throttle cables (maybe $20 on eBay).               32) Buell XB 54 mm Steering Damper Fork Clamp, NEW. I bought this clamp on Amazon. Inside diameter is 54 mm. The threated hole is M8. Condition is NEW, never installed. I bought this clamp when I built my steering damper but did not use it and machined my own different geometry bracket. You might be able to use it if you want to build steering damper. https://www.buellxb.com/forum/showthread.php?53843 -DIY-Cheap-steering-damper ($15 on Amazon)    33) Buell XB high flow cleanable K&N air filter with cleaning solutions, used. Has maybe 25000 miles, condition is OK. I wend back to stock air filter when my motorcycle had check engine light issues and rough idle and I decided to use only stock air filters. (around $30-$40 used on eBay). 34) Buel XB Front isolator bolt 2006-2010 (P/N CA0013.02A8) NEW (around $25 new from Buell parts distributors). 35) Buell XB Rocker Box cover Bottom (P/N 17598-07), NEW. I used it to measure and scan it to create 3D CAD model of Buell XB engine https://grabcad.com/library/2009-buell-xb12-engine -top-end-1 (I bought it on eBay for $13, you can find it on eBay for around $20-30 new). 36) MODIFIED! Buell XB12 R FRONT Cylinder Head Valve Rocker Cover 17604-00YB. I bought this cover on eBay. I modified this cover in effort to seal the cover fasteners easy and reliable way. I milled pockets for o-rings around the screws holes. I used this cover for 2 purposes - for 3D scanning to create 3D CAD model of Buell XB engine and to test screws seals modification and it turned out good. This cover should be use with special flange screws and o-rings, the stick screws will not work with it and it will leak with stock screws. I did not post here about it yet since I do not have time for this yet. I modified my black original covers the same way, and they work good no without any leaks. If you are willing to use this cover you will need to modify your rear cover the same way so both covers will be the same and you also need to buy some necessary size flange screws, viton o-rings, safety wire, and drill the screws heads for safety wire. 37) Buell XB pushrod cover base gaskets (some NEW and some USED). I use Zippers pushrod covers, so I do not need these gaskets anymore. 38) Intake Gaskets James Gaskets 681-4563 Blue, NEW. I do not recommend you to use them on 2008-2010 Buell XB because they are too thick and stiff and you can bend your intake gaskets clamps installing those, and they will leak like crazy (this is what happened to me). But some people swear they work good on old style intake manifold Buell XB. I do not need them because of I use custom intake manifold flanges with o-rings. 39) Buell XB upper rockerbox cover gaskets (RED James Gaskets), NEW. I do not recommend to use them because of they leak. I recommend to use new style stock black Buell XB gaskets for the top rockerbox cover. But some people swear James Gaskets are good (but in my experience these particular gaskets are bad, they start leaking on my motorcycle usually after 100-500 miles, and I replaced them multiple times with no luck until I installed stock Buell XB black gaskets). Maybe you will have better luck with those, it is up to you use them or throw them into trash. 40) Buell XB pushrod covers Rear and Front (2 sets). One set is from my motorcycle and has maybe 25000 miles, the second set was purchased on eBay and used for 3D Scanning to create 3D CAD model of Buell XB engine. Those covers leaked on me and now I use Zippers collapsible pushrod covers and Zippers do not leak at all. I do not recommend you to use them because of the design of the stock covers has issues may cause leaks (fixed distance between the holes might not align good enough with the holes in the engine causing the o-ring seals bad and leaks). (It may cost you about $10 on eBay for 1 set). 41)2009 Buell XB12Scg clutch spring, 22000 miles. I believe this spring is still good, but I replaced it when I replaced the clutch plates since I was there. 42) Zippers REAR pushrod cover base from kit # 417-115. When I purchased Zippers pushrod covers they sent me two REAR pushrod cover bases instead of one rear and one front. Then they sent me one front in addition and now I have one extra REAR base. I have no idea who needs it without another parts, but as far as I know this is the only custom part from Zippers kit, the rest is off the shelf components (the o-rings, the base seals, the tubes) so it may have some value if for some reason you wish to purchase the rest of the components individually. 43) Some fasteners and another parts you can see on the pictures. If you are interested you can send me private message. If you wish to buy the parts you need to give me your name, your shipping address and your email address. I will estimate shipping service cost using your address on USPS web page and add this cost to the parts cost. Then I will send you payment request on your email address from PayPall. Once I get payment I will send the parts on next Saturday (or next business day morning if I will have time). And finally, do not guess shipping cost, use online estimation tool and package information I provided to you to prevent confusion. The parts go to the person who are ready to pay first. If after contacting with me you did not respond on my last email within 24 hours check this post first because of I may have sold the parts for somebody else and I will post this information here.
