I just checked the triple clamps.

All the socket-head screws are there and the top handlebar clamp and fasteners is there too.

Screamer, I just looked at the stem. It looks just like the stem on my 2001 S3T.

Instead of having a nut on the top of the stem like my 1970 Triumph, the stem is hollow with internal threads to accept a bolt.

The part number for the stem bolt on my S3T is 3591Y.

It looks like a high grade bolt with 24mm across flats.

Maybe another member will be able to confirm the specifications for that bolt.
