Have you tried emailing Banke Performance, just because its not on his website or in production any more he will still make them in one off orders. Cost will be more expensive but still an option if you don't find anyone selling theirs or find enough interested people to make a bulk order. You could also check with Purpony on this forum or his website www.mc-motoworx.com | ||

I did call Banke. They don’t own any of the tooling any longer. They are out of the Buell business. I am pretty sure I asked Marc a while ago as well If he could made these and he hasn’t pursued these. Thanks for the input | ||

I'm a machinist ,new here ,2000 M2 owner.I've got mill,lathe,tig as do others on here.As long as there are no patent issues,makin these for personal use should be no problem.I could take a look at the part or drawings and see what would be involved.I make custom parts already and reman springers girders,etc so it may just be interest vs. cost | ||

I have a frame brace for an X1 that I have not installed yet that can be used to take measurements. Is the brace different for S1s vs X1s? | ||

XBuell I think you probably have a Stenzel brace. It goes atop the engine. Front mounts to the isolator bolt and rear mounts to the top cross frame support bracket. That is different than the frame brace. The frame brace attaches to the left side of the frame where it is missing a lattice that exists on an x1 frame. This is for 98 and older frames. S1/S2/S3 only | ||

Ok, I see. That is correct, I have a Stenzel brace. |
