I looked at my Uly and realized I'd only ridden once last year, so it's time for it to go to a new home. The bad: - I've dropped it every way you can imagine. It's been on-road, off-road, right side up, upside down, and sideways. If you're looking for a pristine bike, this ain't it. If you're looking for an adventure bike that won't make you feel like crying the first time you fall over in the dirt, then this is the one for you. - It seeps oil from the top of the rocker box covers. It isn't enough to drip on the ground, but you'll notice the engine casing looking grimy after a while if you don't wash it. The good: - With 39k miles on it, all the usual 2006 problems either aren't going to happen or they've already happened and been fixed. The wheel bearings have been replaced, the starter motor wire shorted out and was fixed, the throttle body butterfly broke and was replaced, the ECU cracked and was replaced + seat spacer added, etc. - It has all the upgrades that were released. Heated grips, comfort kits, right side scoop, seat spacer, 2007 progressive rate springs, etc. - It has a few after market add ons as well, such as a Garmin GPS mount (GPS not included), an EarthX Li-Ion battery, fog lights, MRC clutch ramp, adjustable shorty levers, and Barkbusters hand guards. - Buell side bags and a generic top case included. - Wired for heated gear. - It looks pretty cool with the Cherry Bomb airbox cover and black powder coated wheels. Located in Atlanta, GA. Asking $3000. (Message edited by Sanchez on April 13, 2019) |
