Why do the 2 pipes at the top look so squished or extremely tight bends?

That’s how they’re designed. The headers are hydro formed rather than being mandrel bent. I’m sure someone who knows more about tubing will chime in.

Diem24 they fit XB model Buells.
I purchased a XB9s from American Sportbike and purchased this header with it as a spare for the bike. Im now looking to sell some of the extra parts. This is for the complete header but you would need the micron muffler.
