It is a good dealer selling it. The M2 is a heavily used tube framer, so it's going to have some issues, but overall would make a good bike for somebody, and it was very nicely set up for street riding. Most of the tuber problem areas were already fixed, and should be good for a while. The rubber is even still decent.
