Correction.... I just bought 2 classic Beemers. One without a title, I will be starting the process for getting a title for this bike & the Beemer. That being said, It is still in the part out mode. | ||

Update, So... the bike & I BOTH got a second chance this week. After having a heart attack on Monday, I will not be taking this apart at this time, Title will be applied for this week for this & the BMW. I have titled several bikes over the years & have never been denied, It just takes time.. 8ish weeks. The bike will be pickled & stored away this weekend, but I would really like to have it gone. Holy crap! You ok? Doc told me I had acute angina once. I told him that since they made me wear a paper gown, I wasn’t surprised I was hanging out of it, but that it wasn’t appropriate for him to make that kind of comment, flattering though it may have been.  | ||

Oh man. I'm sorry this had to happen to save an X1. In all seriousness, Chris, get well and take it very easy. Just because you think you feel pretty good one day doesn't mean you really are. So don't be tempted to do stuff too quickly. I know sitting around doing absolutely nothing sux real quick. | ||

Chris, glad to hear your recovery is going well. Question for you.... Got any stock S2 heads in your stash? Since you weren't ready to part with your yellow S2 I found one locally, but it has gone south on one cylinder. I can't afford to build a motor, just want to ride the thing. | ||
