Runs and rides great! Lots of upgrades. All factory updates performed by previous owner. 9/10 because the paint is starting to bubble on the tank and the fork seals seep. Included is the original "small" tank and "thong" seat. I don't ride her anymore and need the space.

If the bike came original with the "small" tank, then its a standard S1 and not an S1W. Small but important differences between the two models. They made both in 1998. |

I am interested if it's either a S1 or a S1W. I have several of both... |

VIN is the deciding factor. Tanks are easily changed even at the original selling dealership. The black heads (vs aluminum/silver colored) "indicates" Thunderstorm heads ... a bit more of a tell-tale sign. DAve |

Sir: Congrats on the sale, always good to see a very nice tuber go to a new home. I would have been happy with either; it was the cleanliness of the bike (shows it came from a great home) and the lack of any extended "background story" that interested me. Congrats again, Alex N buellboy68 |

Should be a double white S1WL . . it was built on 11/6/97 as a play bike" for Scott Miller of Harley-Davidson. It was one of the early "factory bikes" . . . there would be another 50 or so built for various uses before any were built to be sold to the public. |
