Don't want or need to sell. But I'm trying to declutter and maybe thin the herd a little. This is a fine example of an S2. There is a little "crazing" in the paint but overall in very good shape. The engine is so clean you could eat off it. The carbon fiber is all there and still looks great with very minimal fading. It is almost all original except for the following: D&D muffler Corbin saddle Banke shift and brake Billet foot pegs (I have the original shifter, brake lever, saddle, and footpegs) Touring kit... S2T handlebars NIB (not yet installed) S2T peg lowering mounts (used and not installed) S2T bags (painted in original Sikken paint over the winter) Mileage: 20K as of May 4, 2017. It will go up as I continue to ride the bike. Price: $4200 That may be a little steap but this is one of the nicer S2 that I've seen. It has factory PM rims and tires with plenty of tread. I don't necessarily want to sell. Nor do I need the $$.

That's about as pretty as a motorcycle gets . . . . . I love looking at that and the memories it evokes. When that tank cover was made no one had EVER done negative graph on a motorcycle body. It was amazingly complex and it was worth it. Traced from a Vargas drawing in a Playboy . . . . . And you thought it was just you getting all hot and bothered when you looked at it. Our minds are trained . . . at an early age to respond with lust to certain shapes, forms and contours. |

Precisely . . . by the way . . . look at some of those shapes and curves and then look at the tank cover and tank/seat interface on the S2. |

Mark... I actually sold yours to a buddy who is now living in FL. This was a great find and I'm in no hurry to sell it. But I have more bikes than I have time to ride. I know...first world problems |

Such a nice bike, the S2 pretty reliable. I am looking for a XB myself or a CR. No more tubers to much wrenching. Take Care |

Mhlunsford, I have an XB and and an S1 and from my experience, the S1 is more reliable. Nice and simple. The XB has too many points of failure.. ECM, sensors, fan, fuel pump. It left me stranded 2 weeks ago. |

S1 is my favorite bike to ride.... S2 is my favorite bike to ride longer than 30 min!!!! I even like the S2 better than the S3.... !! And an S2 with a thunderstorm motor (or equivalent build) with S3 bags and the new side plates and kickstand is ABSOLUTELY PERFECT!!!!! Beautiful example of an S2!!!! Good luck selling, hope it goes to a great home!!!! |

Thought it was going to go to Florida but shipping costs got in the way. $4000 is about as low as I'll go. Need to make room for something new. |

Include box lunch and they can ride it back. There was one for sale in AL real cheap a few hours away, I was second line. (Message edited by mhlunsford on July 12, 2017) |

Let's try this.... $3300 it "stock" configuration. The only aftermarket part would be the muffler. (Message edited by lake_bueller on September 13, 2017) |
