Very-low-mile "green" carbon-fiber takeoff from my '96 Buell S2 Thunderbolt. Not perfect...but pretty darn close. I have no idea what it's worth; make me an offer I can't refuse! Thanks for looking! Ferris |

Prior, He's probably the closest Bueller to you... Kevin, Kmbuell, whose tuber garage cleaning thread is a couple of posts down. He's got S2 #1000! 1313 |

Maybe, they're $160 at NRHS. http://www.1250kits.com/xlaircleaners.shtml I'm debating with that an just making one myself. I am a bit of a cheapskate. I guess I could go $80. |

^ From their website:

The "green" is what makes the factory Buell cover so frikkin' cool, IMO - not only is it pretty, when you see it you know it's the REAL deal! OK, you're in for $80 - thanks! KMBuell, what say you? |

Too rich for my blood. I was going to use it on my vintage Sportster anyway. It probably belongs on a Buell. That is a beautiful piece though. |

Ferris, Delivery completed. Alex did good. Perfect part, better than the one that came on my S2 in '94! Does your wife know you wrapped it in one of her kitchen towels? Merry Christmas. Kevin |

Awesome, Kevin, and thanks for the heads up! Alex is a good kid (although he's a bit of a stalker...don't say I didn't warn you...) Kitchen towel, you say? Yeah, Denise taught me years ago not to use our bath towels for wrapping motorcycle parts! Come next riding season, if you'll have us, I'd like to ride down to K-Vegas, grab Alex, and come see #1000. The BLURR (named by my daughter Brynn) was a very special motorcycle - life-changing is not too strong a word - and I'm glad that another piece of her will live on. Merry Christmas to you and yours, and thanks again. FB&D |
