No cracked plastic, but lots of scuffs and scratches as shown. These were on a bike that was stored outside for a while. No hardware included. Looking for $100.00 or best offer. I've been told, but never seen, that you can use early on late and late on early as long as you swap both sides of the hinge brackets. Kevin
