This ECM was on my 1125 since 2010 and contains a stock exhaust non-cat calibration. The only tweak I remember making is the switch point to turn off the fan was moved to a higher temperature. The cd contains IDS's PCM tuning software as well as all of the tunes that were available at the time. The package predates the Keda tunes so they are not on the CD. I can email anyone interested in the list of included calibrations. I broke the original RS232 comm box and serial cable so I am including a USB cable made by XOptiinside, which I haven't tested but have been led to believe will work based on research on BadWeb. I am asking $385 shipped to the lower 48.

This currently would cost 964.70 from erikbuellracing.com which comes with a serial cable not a usb cable. A new non-programmable ecm is $335. This is a very good deal. If it matters, I will be using the proceeds to buy a programmable ecm for my 1190sx. |

Rob, I was under the impression you can also use the ECM on your 1190. You just need the 1190 maps. |

Really, wow. I will contact IDS and confirm. Thanks for the info! |

IDS indicated that it would need a firmware update and that an updated map wouldn't be enough. The cost for conversion is a little high. So, I will sell the ECM and the tuning software with maps for 300 shipped. I will keep the cable. |

To be fair, ALL of the 1125 ECMs are programmable--the ones from EBR and the ones that came stock on the bikes. All it takes is the USB cable and a couple pieces of free software. (I'm not trying to crap on a for-sale post, but since the ECM is no longer for sale, I figured the OP wouldn't mind.) |

Yes, but not all of the options have factory support, level of plug and play ease, or 100% capabilities that the factory option ones did. |

Not having tried the factory programmable ECM, I can't say for certain but.. modifying a stock ECU was relatively easy and I didn't want for options. Factory support is long gone at this point, too. |

Someone tried to PM me--I assume about this thread since the subject was "ECM programming"--but my mail server's content filter blocked it. Please resend your PM, whoever it was. |

Is this ecm, really going to have more options than a factory(reworked, ecm spy or other)? Not trying to bad mouth. Just gain knowledge. Sorry for highjacking thread. |
