It’s with a reluctant heart that I place my beloved Uly up on the block. I don’t need to part with it, but it’s been a sad season seeing it sit in the garage, not being ridden. This is a great 2009 Uly that has been adult owned, religiously maintained, and has never, NEVER been down. Runs like a TOP! I've ridden this bike all over the country and it has never broken down or left me stranded, not even once. If you’re looking for a ridiculously “farkled” Uly you can just “step into” and tour, this is the one. I will say, given the following “farkle” list, this Uly is a sleek, and not gaudy in any way. I just loved it. That's all. Details/Farkles: • 2009 Ulysses XB12X (Thunderstorm) • White Buell XP Airbox (originally Thrust Blue. DO NOT HAVE Original Box) • CUSTOM Leather Seat by Rich’s Custom Motorcycle Seats. Built on the original Factory Buell Seat Pan, amazing leather, a gel seat pan insert , and a removable back rest (yes, a back rest!) Rich built this seat for me (30" Inseam) and it’s amazing! I've ridden 500+ Mile days in this saddle without a hiccup (Seat was $1,050) Check out the process: http://www.richscustomseats.com/process • 32,XXX – Touring Miles. No commuting, or off-roading. A few forest Service Roads here and there, but nothing you wouldn’t take a mini-van down • 2nd Owner – (Original owner was a 62 year old man that put 6,000 miles on it • Full Happy Trails Black Powder Coated panniers (2-38L side pans and 43L Top Box) • Luggage Rack (I can’t tell if it’s factory, or Touratech, they both look the same to me, but it’s one or the other) • AltRider Rear Luggage Plate with Happy Tails mount (accepts Rotopax). Original Buell Beaver Tail Included) • Factory Comfort Kit • Factory Heated Grips • Madstad Adventure Smoked Windshield. Also included are the factory smoked tall wind screen and the short “sport” screen (blacked Out) • Touratech skid plate *Rare (Original belly cover included) • Touratech Front Guard *Rare • Touratech Oil Cooler Guard *Rare • Head Light Guard (Can’t remember if it’s Touratech or other Brand) • T-Rex Engine Guards w/ Pegasus Sliders (These are SWEET!) • CSC Moto Uly Engine Sliders • 2” Rox Risers (Uly Specific) • Rowe Electronics PDM60 Power Distribution Module (Installed under fly-screen) • MFW Highway Foot Pegs and clamps (mounted to the T-Rex Bars – Super comfy) • EBR Race ECM - Tuned for stock Exhaust and K&N Air Filter (which it has) Relocated (Original ECM Included for spare. Excellent shape) • Scalloped Rear Rotor - Lindahl Gold Brake Pads • Stock Front Rotor – Lindahl Gold Brake Pads • 2010 3-Bearing Rear Wheel (new rotor and pulley installed) (2-bearing Rear Wheel with rotor and pulley included) • Conti TKC 70 Rear GREAT Shape • Pirelli MT60R Front GREAT Shape • Relocated ECM - K&N Air Filter • Special Ops Custom Heat Blanket/Barrier (3-piece) WORKS! • Free-Spirit Belt Tensioner (original Belt Tensioner Included) • Knight Designs 2” Lowered WIDE foot Pegs with Trakker and Hunter grip plates (original pegs included) I'm not sure they even make these for the Uly any More. I went down there and they cut them for me. Super nice folks) • PIAA Star White ATP Driving Lights (wired to the “flash-to-pass” button) • Palmer SS Light Bar • Gerbring Panel-Mount 12 Volt Coax plug Hard-Wired for heated gear • 2 Factory Keys • Owners Manual • ALL 2009 Buell Factory Service Manuals (1. Service – 2. Electrical – 3. Parts) • Mobile VTwin Synthetic Since Day One • Formula + Since Day One • 3-Buell Oil Filters w/ drain plug O-Rings • New: Battery • “Fatty” Voltage Meter • DR Enduro LED Flashers Front and Rear I’m sure there is something I have left out… but that’ll be my loss, I guess… I by no means expect to get all my money back out of this bike. That is unrealistic. I loved this bike, and it loved me. That’s worth quite a bit. I’m just looking for a fair market price, reasonable offer. If you don’t want the farkles, I’m totally open to pulling them (or some of them, even). The boys on the BB&D will snap them up. That being said, I don’t want to part out the old girl until she's found a new home. So please, hold off on the Farkle offers until she’s off to her new stable. Pic’s are tough on the Badweb, but necessary. Here are a few. I’ll send interested parties as many as you want. Special requests even. Email me direct, as I never seem to get PMs on the badweb.... sugarmcguinn@msn.com Note. Pics are from various years and may not reflect all farkles currently on bike.

I was going to edit the ad, but I guess I was too late... A fellow Bueller advised that unless I posted a price, then I really didn't want to sell it. I kind of get that. So I thought about it for a day and this is what I've come up with.... AS IS - $6,900 Stock - $5,300 Willing to negotiate farkles in the middle.... |

Would also be interested in trading this beauty. My primary bike interests would be something in the realm of Triumph Bonneville, or maybe a 70's era BMW - Sweet Cafe'd CB750 (SOHC).... Or something of similar ilk. Would prefer to keep any trade offers to the Pacific NW. |

1125R would be in the ballpark, too. Not quite ready to give up on Buell yet. Love these bikes |

I used Eric Farmer's Farmer's Motorcycle Shipping (now Ship Bikes Right) to bring my 09 XT from VA to CA. They were prompt, courteous and reasonable. No damage to the bike. Shipping was $600 + $50 for treating it right. I found them, rather they found me on uShip. |
