This bike was one of 10 specially prepped for the 1998 Battle of Champions Hosted by HOG at the Milwaukee Mile. I rode it to homecoming this year, I have lots of information about these bikes and have had the pleasure of talking to many people involved in the bikes. I will share all details with the buyer. Price is $12,000 It is a little scuffed and rashed but I have the resources needed to restore it to original if wanted

Tell me how to contact you and I can give you all the details about it, and I have a possible way to transport if you are serious. There are several people here that can verify from homecoming, she looks good and runs hard. (Message edited by tod662 on July 17, 2015) |

I've got the files . . . I think some build sheets from the bikes . . . cases of the ROC shirts and some programs and about 150 good old fashion Kodachrome pics . . . that was fun. Best part was giving Erik the restored RW750 and seeing him break into tears. |

During that 1998 event they used some of those bike at the BattleTrax event at Pilgrim Rd. My girlfriend at the time, threw one away with too much front brake. I wonder if that's the one?? scuffed up the tank... |

Basti I totally agree...ish. If I wasn't looking at purchasing a property I would be calculating shipping costs back across the pond. Though how many race bikes did the amazing Mr Duga produce? 20, 40, 50...or more? If I can swing this deal for the land im looking at this will go in my living room/garage and probably not be offered up any time soon. And it just so happens the inverted trilateral calculation is the reciprocal to your question. Twobuells the left side of the tank is a little rashed, I thought it happened when Las Vegas HD owned it, Id love to know thats what really happened. I know from literature from the event that they were used for a battle trax or two, now I just got to find somebody that has pictures of that day! Anybody??? Mr. Canfield????

Todd, the BOC race was at the Milwaukee Mile, during the 95th HD celebration just before the race a few employees that rebuild the RW750 for Erik and presented it to him. I was in the grandstands. I rode my 97 Fatboy to the event and ran it in the BattleTrax event at Pilgrim Rd. My Girlfriend at the time she road a Dyna Superglide and was very fast on it. I think she won her class. They had the BOC bikes there to ride on the BTrax course and she road one and grabbed too much front brake and low sided, I can't remember which side but it scuffed the tank near the front. I owned a 96 S1 at the time and she never rode it and was not used to the power and strong front brake. (Message edited by twobuells on July 18, 2015) |

I remember doing BattleTrax at Milwaukee Harley-Davidson (and then Buell) during the event weekend both with my bike and one of the BOC bikes. If I recall it was a demon blue bike with Scott Parker numberage/signage on it. Keep in mind that all the 'identification' was easily switched from bike to bike... All my pics are old timey print film, but are around somewhere... 1313 |

Reg Kitrelle with Scott Miller close behind. I shot 4 rolls of 36 exp Kodachrome. Somewhere I've got a box of those Snap-On / Buell shirts and a case of the stuff we were giving away that day. I coordinated the "special" bikes for the 95th ..... Cop bikes, M2 parts "Zoomers" to shuttle parts to dealers and so forth. I think I tossed all the files and records in part of the purge earlier this summer |

I love it every time I hear about that day. I guess as k12 alluded to in the other thread, I might as well roll all the girls out of the barn. http://www.badweatherbikers.com/buell/messages/476 23/752401.html?1416058222 I've got pictures of the battletrax add, in the B.O.C program I'll post later. Thanks Ive pretty much come to the same conclusion, I think I would talk a interested party (and myself?!?) into buying my #9 of Springfields instead! And some time soon I have a few touches to add to this one.
