Has anyone had any experience with these guys. I put an order in a few weeks ago and there was a problem with the shipping address. I had an email exchange with them to sort it out but they have stopped responding. It has been over two weeks since the last time I had a reply, I have 3 un-answered emails and am getting concerned as they have taken payment. | ||

I think you put a link in the thread title. a moderator should be able to remedy that. but I'd say that you should contact your credit card company and tell them that the services/product was not rendered. I've had to do this when a hotel double-booked me 2 rooms for the same night and they had a no cancellation/refund policy. | ||
