They sell on ebay for $130 in good condition. I was going to list it at $80 on ebay but would send it for less here. Make me an offer as it is just sitting. PM sent to Maxbuell. If not, yellow can always be hidden! And I've checked the American Sport Bike website, they no longer have the hardware kit, but they do have some individual pieces.
