If you are looking for a great example of this muffler, look no further. Most of the ones that sell on eBay look like garbage. This muffler looks like new...Other than the one common small dent near the front bottom (which is smaller than it appears in the pics), this is in great condition. Because the inlet is located directly above the dent is there going to be some change to internal exhaust flow. Rbuck- Unless it is a huge dent that is actually impeding the area, There is going to be little to no change. Look at the inlet size to begin with. The area of the inlet is very small compared to the chamber it is entering. The dent on mine is looks to be around 1/4" deep.
