I have a pro series muffler , fits tube frame bikes. This is a new , never been used , never been installed part. These are scarce and very hard to find new. Send me a pm if you want to see the pics of it. Highest bid gets it . low ball offers will be ignored The postage to send it is going to be $15 or $20 . |

Court, you can't win the bidding war if you offer LESS than the previous bidder. |

So far , I'm liking Jan's offer. The rest of you , your offers do not go un-appreciated , I do have a sense of humor. In Canada , back when "PRO SERIES" race kits were being offered the retail price was sneaking up close to 2G's . The kit included a Header w/ 2.5" collector , the muffler , mounting hardware , the air cleaner kit and a race ignition module or an ECM depending on the kit and what it was intended to fit. The contents of the kit could be purchased individually , here in Canada the prices were stupid high , our dollar was worth about 32 cents U.S. at the time and the Canadian Distributor had to get a piece of the action too. I have bought single pieces out of these kits when they were available , I've also bought a number of the kits for my own use and to support racing on a regional level. I've installed over a dozen of them on customer bikes , I'm a tech at a dealership. Jan's offer is more in line with what I have into this part. It's been sitting in my personal stash for quite some time. |

Personally, I'd put it on fleecebay and call it a day. You're more likely to get the $ you want for it there. |

I see there's no U-bend. I wonder if it would fit an S2? |

It will fit an S2 if you have the race header that it is supposed to be paired up with. |

To clarify...the kit described above was the "Race Kit". The "pro series" muffler was a rebadged supertrapp internal-disc muffler, that fit the stock header. Bernard- no, the race muffler does not fit a stock S2 header. The muffler is 2.5"; the S2 header is 2". You can use an adaptor...or the correct header. |

Those supertrapp mufflers only fit a 2.5" header. It was intended as a lower cost alternative to the Race kit , you could keep the stock header and slip the muffler on in place of the stock one. Developed and marketed for the 1998 - 2002 Thunderstorm bikes . |
