Sizes are 36" waist, 38" waist, and XL which seem to fit about the same as the 38" waist. One set is "Traveller" which is perforated and great for summer use; the other 2 are solid leather ("PTSR" I believe). Really a 46 would be ideal for me, but at the same time I could stick with this one if I'd just get around to getting back in the gym. I only wear it when its cold and I can wear a thick hoodie underneath it to fill it in. The side adjustment straps are all the way in. I put a spine protect er in it to take up some space aswell
