Try www.uship.com Kind of like eBay for shipping quotes. The first bids come in kind of high, but they get lower after a few days. | ||

Mzoomora - Regarding shipping...I have used a few different shippers in the last couple years, and I have settled in on one that I plan on staying with. Daily Direct (aka Haulbikes). Price-wise they were probably on the high side, but well worth it to me. I bought a tuber in like new condition from a guy on the east coast, and after the truck loaded the bike he called me to tell me how impressed he was with the rig, the driver, everything. He said the driver was very courteous, took his time and was very careful inspecting and loading the bike, and that the truck and trailer were spotless. The driver called me on my mobile a couple of times during transit to provide status, and a couple more times when he got closer to provide a good ETA and to discuss a meeting place where the truck could get in/out. I chose a mall parking lot a mile away and it worked out great. As the seller had said, the truck was very nice...a full size rig, late model, really clean, and the driver was just as courteous and careful as he was at the seller's end. Like I said-a little on the expensive side (I think it was almost $700 from Rhode Island to Illinois), but good insurance in my opinion. It's not just a bike, it's history. A really cool piece of history! I would definitely use them again. Just my 2 cents.. | ||

I added different mirrors because of the lack of visibility with the stock lollipop ones. I added front and rear axel sliders and that is it. It is otherwise stock. I have a K and N air filter that I never installed but I have not found that yet. I also have a Buell tank bag that has never been on any bike and also a smaller after market tank bag to go with the bike unless it does not sell soon then I will probably sell that stuff separate with a bunch of other Buell stuff that I plan on selling soon.
