Author Message   Mmmmoto Posted on Sunday, August 11, 2013 - 03:57 pm:        I am now serious about selling my 1995 Buell S2 Thunderbolt, as I cannot ride her anymore due to back issues. Original owner 1995 S2 in Red Snap. Original paint. 13,500 original miles. Includes the following extras: 1. Corbin leather seat. 2. Original red saddle bags (narrow lids) with mounting bracket. 3. Buell signed timing cover medallion with letter from Eric.. I have the original invoice for the bike when it was bought as well as the warranty card and all service records going back to new. The engine was done in 1997 (at 10k) miles by Kutter HD in Janesville, WI. Work included (I have receipts for everything): 1. Install STD dual plug heads - ported. 2. Install Axtell pistons/cylinders. 3. Red Shift cam for street duty. 4. New Mikuni 42mm carb. 5. Trans gears done - the bike shifts great! 6. Installed Buell factory dual front caliper kit. 7. Install Buell factory race header and muffler kit. 8. S&S rods were installed. 9. Engine was balanced and blueprinted. This is a strong, smooth street motor. I recently got her back on the road and had the following done: 1. New drive belt. 2. New tires and rear wheel bearings. 3. New 4 - plug coil and Dyna ignition unit. 4. Greased triple clamp bearings. 5. Rebuilt and installed Works Performance rear shock. 6. Serviced front forks and replaced fork springs (they were sagging). 7. New battery. The original WP shock, springs, etc. go with the bike. This bike is DONE and ready to covet and enjoy! I need to find a good home for this bike, or I may have to part her out (ouch!). I have some locals that are interested in the engine, and others that want the race exhaust and rare Buell factory dual brake system. I may trade for a Uly that is comfortable!
