2009 Buell Lightning XB12s Cherry Bomb Red
Low mileage: 3100 original miles. Bought new in the spring of 2010. Oil changes at the beginning and end of each season. I just put a new battery in it. Otherwise, I've had no issues with it. All original, no modifications or upgrades. This is the XB12s, which is the "short" version. I bought it stock like this, it was not lowered. I'm 5'6" for reference and stand over it fine, reach the ground on the balls of my feet when seated. It has fallen over 3x (forgot to put kickstand down, parked in soft dirt, and once when I was stopped and tried to pick something up). I replaced a blinker and a foot peg with original equipment. No high speed drops or crashes, and no body damage at all. The shifter handle is scratched on the end and a little loose from falling. Otherwise, no issues. I'm including a link to a review of the 2008 model (basically the same) as well as photos of the actual bike. This is a very clean bike with low miles. I can also throw in a trickle charger, a couple of oil filters, 4 quarts of oil, the filter wrench, some cleaning spray for the translucent "tank" cover and a diagnostic scanner/tuner cable. I love this bike but want to make room in the garage for a Ulysses or similar so that I can take longer trips and ride on dirt. NO TEXTS, NO TEXTS, NO TEXTS Email or call: 303-229-7352 |
