Comes with the luggage rack, grab handle and all of the hardware to bolt it to the bike. Both bags have the rain covers one is new in the bag. The black bag is coming apart on the back side where the zipper attaches to the bag. It can probably be fixed but so im just throwing it in Asking 350 shipped Also have the asb high rise handlebar kit Complete with the bars throttle cables, brake and clutch line.
