I want to sell my 2005 XB12R. Originally it was the blue/amber color scheme. It is now blue with a smoked wind screen and black rims with the polished lip. Here are the after market parts: - EBR Racing Chip (tuned for engine and exhaust setup) - D&D slipon - black wheels with polished lip front and rear - open air box kit (I have catch can, though its not installed) - Engine was rebuilt by Arrowhead Harley Davidson at 25,000 miles in 2008 I haven't had time to ride the bike very much in the past three years due to travelling a lot for work. It has developed an issue where it is pushing oil out of the front PCV valve and it lugs in the lower gears. From discussions with people on this site (see thread in knowledge vault) and other service people. It could be anything from a faulty pcv valve (doubtful) to bad rings or a hole in the piston. I do not I have the time to really source out the problem and after a recent knee surgery the bike isn't as comfortable to ride as it used to be. The bike does have an after market carbon fiber air box cover, this is scratched and will probably need replacing, the bike fell over in the back of my truck during loading. I am the only owner of the bike and the only one that has ridden it aside from service techs. It has ran nothing but synthetic since the rebuild. I'm pretty firm on the price, it is being stored now and not costing me anything where it is. I will post pictures when I get a chance from my other computer. |
