Long story short, I just sold the motor to a friend in need and now have a parts bike. The frame is straight and not damaged, may have a few slight flaws from normal wear and tear (moving around the shop the past few years). Clear Texas Title, free from any liens. Asking $900 nego. I have most of the other major pieces, but not all. The main parts left are the frame, front end assembly, the wheels, swingarm, and fuel tank assembly.
