I believe this is a Hal's kit. It was on my track bike when I bought it. Everything in the picture is included. The only thing you will need is the brace from your swing arm and whatever sprockets you would like to run. It does show wear, but is structurally sound. Has rub marks from boots and some scratches from track use. I am in Illinois near St. Louis, MO- but I can ship anywhere.
