To clarify, some years of the M2 were the only models to not originally come with an external reservoir. Steve   Screamer Posted on Friday, March 09, 2012 - 10:16 am:        Fasted, Sorry for the typo... 2001 and 2002 M2 models were produced with the adjustable shock - with the remote reservoir. 1997-98 M2 models that were included in Recall 0817 and had the recall performed would have had a new shock with remote reservoir installed. 1999-2000 M2 models that were included in recall 0820 and had the recall performed by replacing the shock instead of using the "Shock Reinforcement Package", would have had received an adjustable shock with the remote reservoir. There were diferent shock configurations used during the recalls, but all would have provided the upgrade to an adjustable, remote reservoir shock for the 1997-98 and 1999-2000 M2 models.   Wilson34 Posted on Thursday, March 22, 2012 - 12:40 pm:        I pm'd you.
