I wore it once at the dealer to try it on. It is 1/4 zip at the neck. It has a ribknit inner layer around the collar only for added warmth. The inner collar has its own zipper. There are two zippered pockets. And each sleeve has draw strings to help block the wind. This is a very impressive pullover jacket. And it was Made in The USA.
