Author Message   Gunut75 Posted on Monday, July 23, 2012 - 10:46 am:        2005 Buell Firebolt. 29,000 miles. This bike is a daily driver, so the mileage will be going up. Ulysses/sTT swing arm (1.7" longer wheelbase) Custom front sprocket cover. Pro-Taper dirt bars that sit you upright. I made the risers. Still has a sport riding position, but not nearly as aggressive. Won't kill your back or wrists. Billet shifter and brake pedal that ride on sealed roller bearings. Service manual. Radial M/C. I bought the bike with 4600 miles on it, and have done almost 25,000 on the Buell in the last 4 years. I have done all of the maintenance and fluid changes per the service manual. The oil lines were updated to 06+ with the swing arm swap. I am currently running Mobil1 V-twin oil in the crank, and Formula + in the primary. There is a dent in the header from my test drive 4 years ago. I dropped it at a stop sign. The frame never made contact with the ground, and is perfect under the frame pucks. I drive this bike as long as there is no salt on the road, and has been in heated storage for the winters. It is in great shape, and will provide years of uber-fun riding. This bike is READY TO RIDE! There are absolutely no mechanical or electrical issues with it. It is a daily driver. No test rides without cash in hand, or M class license. If you don't have either, don't bother.
