Hi Everybody,

Bought a 07 XB12 STT a few months back and have been loving it but its just a bit too tall for me. Also looking to complete the two up conversion as it came with the Passenger Pegs installed but still has the solo seat.

A few buddies pointed me to BadWeb. The 2 Up seat (PN# N2000.1ASYNP) is discontinued but I'm still hoping to find a second hand one floating around.

Aftermarket is also be an option, especially if it will sit a little lower.

Thanks,
Paul

For what its worth, the "2 up" seat for an STT is the same as the standard seat for an XB12SS (Lightning Long).

And the only real (legal) difference? A grab strap for the passenger.

Gotcha. Guess i figured there was more too it. Sounds like after market is the way to go. I know part availability can be a bugger sometimes, any recommendations?

Pretty much looking for an alternative to the stock seat, its really comfortable but just a little too tall.

The Ss seat is not s tall at the front as the Stt seat. Get a cheap used Ss with a busted cover, take it to a local upholstery shop and have them trim the foam a bit and re cover it. Or plan on spending $350 -600 in the aftermarket.

I'm happy to forward pics of what I had done with mine, less than $150 and I've got a two up seat for the wife or daughter. I'm 5'10" and also find the stock TT seat a bit high for commuter use, it's great for longer rides though.

Welcome to badweb. I dig those hand guards on your profile pic.

I have one..

As a matter of fact, I have everything you are looking for... What's it worth to you?

Btw, the 2 up seat has padding In the rear and the stock seat STT does not... Stock has a no fat chicks embossed on the rear. (no passengers)
