The following was done last season: Voltage regulator, Forks rebuilt, TPS/AFV reset, Primary chain adjusted, Cables lubed, New tires, Front brakes, Engine/Primary oil, Plugs/Wires, K&N air filter, Tuned for Filter/Pipe, HID low beam, Motor mount isolator, Wheel bearing serviced. Finally the fan was just replaced last week. The bike is mechanically sound as I have had the entire thing gone through.
