They were a set of valencia orange plastics and were custom painted by a guy who does custom car painting. The plastics were done in base coat clear coat style. They are in very very very nice shape but one spot on the air box the clear lifted because the seat rubbed it. It is totally hidden when the seat is on. other than that they are in great shape. The pictures dont do the plastics justice. the detail is amazing. I hate to sell them but my next street bike wont be a lightning it will be an EBR. He has a firebolt and bought mine and was going to have someone paint his tail and front fairing to match but no one will try to paint to match the detail. he contacted the guy who painted mine and he wants $1900 to do the rest to make a complete firebolt set. he said he was going to re-sell mine to get his money back and go with a new paint scheme.
