Best thing to do is to get enough evidence to support your case and turn it over to the authorities. As good as a good ass whupping feels to give, it hurts alot more to serve time and then get sued by the ass.Let him go to jail and Big Bubba will take care of the rest.Getting the word out is one way to slow him down. Can this site block his Ip address. I'm afraid he will re-register under a new name and the game will start again.Just my opinion. | ||

Yes, but it isn't hard for someone to make a new account under a different IP these days. Are you sure he is really ripping you off? He has been here and on Adv for a while, these aren't the first things he has sold, and before this thread I assume nobody has had any issues. | ||

I bought a Corbin Uly saddle from him, there were a few snags in the communication that made me nervous in comparison to prior Badweb transactions. I did get the item after a delay, and he had given his email and a phone number, but I couldn't reach him. At that time he had informed me that he worked at a bicycle shop. My saddle arrived in a Giant(brand) bicycle box. He was friendly in his responses, but I've passed on items he's sold since that experience. I'm not trying to blast the guy, but take this for what it's worth. This seems similar to a post I saw before I bought from him. | ||

Well after all finally the bags arrived, posted on fists of september and i payed them on 10th august. Curiously i never got a reply form the seller after the payment. Well i'm gladd i didn't trash the money. All my other BWB transactions have been smooth fast and very comunicative. | ||
