As many may know, I wrecked my bike in late July. I am now starting the process of parting the bike out. This thread will be updated as things sell. Eventually, things may end up on ebay. Pics of the bike: http://s196.photobucket.com/albums/aa243/foxbodynu t89/what%20is%20left%20of%20my%20bike/ all prices include shipping to US 48 contiguous states. *Erik Buell Racing race ECM for 1125R with Jardine RT5. $120 shipped. The ECM mounting tab was broken during a moment of stupidity. The stock mounting bolt broke loose and I couldn't get the nut to spin freely from the copper bolt. I pulled the ECM to try and get some resistance, didn't end up like I had hoped. I repaired the mount with plastic epoxy and super glue. Shouldn't be an issue now. ...http://i196.photobucket.com/albums/aa243/foxbodynu t89/parts%20for%20sale/P1050865-1.jpg ...http://i196.photobucket.com/albums/aa243/foxbodynu t89/parts%20for%20sale/P1050866-1.jpg ...http://i196.photobucket.com/albums/aa243/foxbodynu t89/parts%20for%20sale/P1050867-1.jpg *GPR steering damper for 1125R. Used one year. Sun-faded adjustment dial. Works great. $250 shipped. ...http://i196.photobucket.com/albums/aa243/foxbodynu t89/parts%20for%20sale/P1050864-1.jpg *Buell tank bag. Seamstress special. This was on my bike during the wreck. The bag itself is fine. The mounting tabs broke off and one needs to be sewed back in place. It would be an easy fix for someone who wants to get some plastic buckles and do a little sewing. $85 shipped. ...http://i196.photobucket.com/albums/aa243/foxbodynu t89/parts%20for%20sale/P1050879.jpg ...http://i196.photobucket.com/albums/aa243/foxbodynu t89/parts%20for%20sale/P1050880.jpg ...http://i196.photobucket.com/albums/aa243/foxbodynu t89/parts%20for%20sale/P1050881.jpg *1125R belt with less than 15K miles on them. I have two of these. One is still on the bike. $85 shipped, each. ...http://i196.photobucket.com/albums/aa243/foxbodynu t89/parts%20for%20sale/P1050914.jpg *Stock 2008 1125R ECM, latest flash, tuned with the unmentionable tuner from Ohio. The tune is for open exhausts. $120 shipped with everything you need, including data cable. $35 shiped for the cable alone, but I'd rather not seperate. ...http://i196.photobucket.com/albums/aa243/foxbodynu t89/parts%20for%20sale/P1050891.jpg *Stock 1125R exhaust bolt-on turnouts. Never got a chance to install them. They're fresh from APH exhaust in England, $55 shipped. ...http://i196.photobucket.com/albums/aa243/foxbodynu t89/parts%20for%20sale/P1050883.jpg *PMR billet lanyard kill switch, modified to work with offset bolt pattern on 1125R's. Not the prettiest modification, but it worked great. It replaces the clutch side bracket piece on the handlebar. $25 shipped. (brand new, these cost three times that and they won't fit the 1125 setup without modification.) ...http://i196.photobucket.com/albums/aa243/foxbodynu t89/parts%20for%20sale/SAM_0015.jpg ...http://i196.photobucket.com/albums/aa243/foxbodynu t89/parts%20for%20sale/SAM_0019.jpg ...http://i196.photobucket.com/albums/aa243/foxbodynu t89/parts%20for%20sale/SAM_0017.jpg *Teknic leather jacket. I was wearing this when I went down. Not much damage to it, just some scratches on the arm and right shoulder area. $85 shipped. ...http://i196.photobucket.com/albums/aa243/foxbodynu t89/parts%20for%20sale/P1050927.jpg ...http://i196.photobucket.com/albums/aa243/foxbodynu t89/parts%20for%20sale/P1050929.jpg ...http://i196.photobucket.com/albums/aa243/foxbodynu t89/parts%20for%20sale/P1050930.jpg ...http://i196.photobucket.com/albums/aa243/foxbodynu t89/parts%20for%20sale/P1050928.jpg *Excellent condition stock exhaust, non-catalyst. This muffler is really in great shape. I expect a $50 shipping bill. $150 shipped. ...http://i196.photobucket.com/albums/aa243/foxbodynu t89/parts%20for%20sale/P1050885.jpg ...http://i196.photobucket.com/albums/aa243/foxbodynu t89/parts%20for%20sale/P1050887.jpg (comes with brand new gasket set from the harley dealership, the gaskets from the headers to the muffler). I've got a lot more, mostly parts still on the bike that are good include the swingarm, sprockets, engine parts, wheels, possibly the subframe, I've already sold most of the plastics and the airbox is gone, exhaust and footpegs are gone too. Let me know if there's something you are interested in. Payment is accepted through PayPal, nack_nack@hotmail.com is my address for both paypal and if you want to email with a question about parts. Great seller! Buy with confidence! Thanks again for the parts. The exhaust is my far my favorite modification to the bike. Would have loved to buy the GPR from you but funds did not allow. Good luck with the healing! |

PM replied to. I meant the fork sliders - front and rear swing arm. Not the clutch cover ones. |

how much for the entire motor? |

Matt, PM replied. For anyone else interested in the entire motor, the right rearset mounting tabs were damaged in the crash. The motor cranks just fine. The frame is cracked in a couple places and won't hold gasoline, so I can't start it up without running the risk of soaking the motor with gas... and I'm not going to try that. Here's a pic of the broken rearset mount: http://i196.photobucket.com/albums/aa243/foxbodynu t89/what%20is%20left%20of%20my%20bike/P1050635.jpg Thanks to all for the great feedback and support. I need all the help I can get to take on the medical bills. -Kevin |

As of 11:20pm CST Saturday night, the fork/swingarm sliders, oil filter, and GSD sliders are all paid for. The motoboss gloves are sold pending payment, as an invoice has been sent on those. I have received a couple of emails about the front brake setup, many emails about the charging assembly and a few other motor parts. There have been a couple emails about the wheelset as a pair and a couple about the individual wheels. One person has asked me about the swingarm and sprockets to convert a CR to an R gearing. I've also gotten a couple emails about the GPR damper. I believe one person asked about purchasing both drive belts and someone else has shown interest in the back protector... No one has sent payment or finalized any deals on these other parts though, so they're technically still available. I just don't know for how long they may be available. I have updated the original post by deleting the items that have been sold and paid for. I'm going to bed now. We'll see what the morning brings. I'm sure there are guys that stay up later than me on this board. Thanks, Badweb! |
