I bought it, took it out of the box, realized it wouldn't fit on the Uly while the bags are on the bike, then folded it and put it back in the box. So, almost new? Try him direct, everything worked out for me and he invited me to look him up to ride if I'm ever passing thru western NC. Hope it sorts out ok for you. No contact from paypal. I hope everything is OK as I saw other sales had gone fine in the past. I have been the slow shipper in the past, and have waited too long for payment as well. Mostly wanted to get in with paypal before time expired.
