It is equipped with the optional Transitions auto tinting lense. Same technology that is used on eyeglasses. Very cool. It is in very good condition. No scratches, just a couple little scuffs from debris and normal wear. I wore it for the fall last year and loved how light it was, but its just not right for my head shape.
