It allows you to add or subtract fuel for several different conditions --- cruise, acceleration, WOT, etc. --- without altering the fuel map. It's easy to install and easy to use. I paid about $300 for it, but I'm seeing them on ebay for $250 and up. Mine is in perfect shape, and I'll sell it for $185 shipped. It's for sale only because I bought an Erik Buell Racing ECM.
