hello, i want to buy a x1 . i`m searching for a nice bike with low miles on it(prefer a red racing stripe). i also want to buy a buell s1 . i`m not searching for the cheapest bike ,but i like to buy good quality bikes. would be nice if there are some extra`s on it: pm wheels vance&hynes special brakes polished swing arm. my buell got wrecked 1 week ago.it was a mint buell and i will buy a buell before spring starts. i`m a serious buyer. location is no problem(altough te east site from the u.s will give me more to spend on the buell, because the buell will be shipped to the netherlands and shipping is much cheaper from the east side) seller can e-mail pictures and to neducodetacheren@hotmail.com thanks, roy |

Roy, I have a 2000 X1 Millennium that I wouldn't mind selling. I'll have to check to get the exact number but it's around 8500 miles. The rocker box gaskets were replaced last winter with metal gaskets. Last winter I also stripped the bike completely apart to powder coat everything. Every piece on the bike except for the motor bits are powder coated. Frame, tail section, triple trees, wheels, swing arm, swing arm mounting block, passenger peg brackets. Everything is a burnt orange color except the tail section and swing arm are black. It has a red tone to it. All of the isolators were replaced while I had it apart. The only thing it needs, I think it needs the TPS reset. It takes a tiny bit of throttle open to idle when you first start it up. From what I've read here, some can start their X1 and it will idle right off the get go, but some need some throttle until it's a little warm. It also has a Vance N Hines carbon fiber slip on that needs re-packing. I can email current pictures if interested. $3500 is what I'm asking. |
