Included is all mounting hardware, instructions, a red end-cap AND a second black end-cap. This was only on my bike for approx 50 miles. You read that right, only fifty miles. Although the exhaust looks totally awesome on the 1125, it was simply too loud for my tastes. Plus, I live in Germany and they are very strict on loud exhausts here. I re-installed the OEM muffler. To confirm low mileage, I can take a pick of my odometer now if requested. My bike currently has approx 500 miles on it, so you will at least know the pipe couldn't have more than that. I have several high res pics of it on my bike I can email. All together, MSRP for this pipe is $550. I am asking $380 shipped (USPS Priority insured) for everything.
