Well the time has come to part with my baby, let me know if you want any more pics or details. Location is Louisville CO (outside Boulder on the way to Denver) if you want to come take a look. For Sale 2000 Buell X1 Millennium Edition, #320 or 800 made with this color scheme. Price $3,500 Currently it has 20,625 miles and I am the original owner having picked it up from the dealer with 8 miles on the od back in May of 2000. I don’t have time to use it any more so it’s time for someone else to enjoy it as much as I have. I have made the following changes to it over the years. Corbin Gunfighter and Lady seat American Sport Bike carbon fiber under seat tray and tank accents Crossroads Performance Billet Dash, air intake, pulley cover and breather Banke Performance billet shifter and brake pedal Buell Race ECM and Carbon Fiber Flyscreen Throttlemeister bar ends with throttle lock Bar end mirror Daytona Boss muffler with upgraded American Sport Bike rear bracket Also included are all original parts, an extra tail section that I started to strip to polish but never completed, Buell Tank Bag, Buell Service Manual, Center stand lift, RKA Saddle bags, Shoe Helmet (blk, size M, not sure on model off hand) American Sport Bike shock preload adjuster, other misc. things that I have collected over the years (front brake pads, extra nuts and bolts, rocker box gaskets, etc) Basically if I have it and it relates to the motorcycle you get it. Also you get a Full D&D race exhaust, I had it on for about 5K miles and the performance was great but it is loud so I put back on the stock header and slip on, but it’s an easy swap if you want the extra grunt that the D&D gives you. I did drop the cycle in a parking lot on the right side so there are a few scratchs on the right side and the brake lever has a custom bend to it. And I did a low speed lowside on the left, after which I replaced the handlebar, grips, mirror, flyscreen and tank cover, due to scratches, the left side tank accent and the derby cover still have scraps on the since I never replaced them, as do the bar end and shifter. I took it out a few times this spring and I think the rear shock might need to be rebuilt or replaced and the front forks are due to have the oil replaced. Other than that it has normal wear for being 10 years old.

So are those the standard wheels and the pm's were an upgrade? Were the wheel options the same for all three years of the x1? Sorry to hijack the thread, That is one Bad Ass Looking ride! How "motivated" are you to sell? |

Correct me if I'm wrong but all Milleniums came to the dealer wearing silver standard rims. Not sure about the wheel options. I just so happen to have owned the racing stripe and the millenium x1's. |

My Millennium had dull cast aluminum rims, they looked the same as the primary cover. Exactly as the ones in the above pictures. |

Yes those are the stock rims, the PM's were not an option on the Milleniums, and I think they would have looked off since there is no chrome on the bike except for the derby cover. I will wait for a fair price for her, I am not looking to give here away, just want someone else to enjoy her. Since she is just sitting still right now. Datsaxman, replied back today. |

Mike you old dog! When did you move to Colorado? I miss ya buddy, how you been! For anyone interested in this bike, it's a GEM. I've worked on this bike and it's a beauty. Here's a shot of it in the "Men's Crisis Center" a while back. I don't remember what we were doing, maybe a rocker box gasket. Nothing major for sure. Great memories Mike, thanks! Brad

Hey Brad, ya all good memories. We've been out here almost two years now. Didn't know you had that pic, looks like the rear rocker box gasket is getting fixed for the last time! Dealer two tries, still leaked, Brad, one time and no more leaks. Thanks for all the help over the years. |
