got rid of my racebike so i've got some stuff left over to sell: complete set of xbr bodywork, professionally painted HD pewter denim. includes upper, airbox cover,tail section with passenger seat cowl, chin spoiler and race front fender $250 carbon fiber race oil cooler duct,oversized cooler and all needed oil lines $200 race front number plate for xbr( fits over stock upper fairing) professionally painted amatuer yellow. $25 grandstand designs xb race chain conversion kit, includes front and five rear sprockets( no chain) $250 88ci motor, fresh with only 1000 street miles. millenium cylinders(10.5:1 comp pistons)lightened welded and balnced flywheels,jims roller rockers, new shift drum, xb9 primary gearing, barnett clutch plates, stage 2 cnc heads. motor was done by revperf and was rebuilt afterlast race season. i won the 2009 rrsw supertwins championship and place 2nd in thunderbike with this motor. i'll throw in a buell factory tuneable race ecm also. $2000 firm may consider partin out motor if i get enough interest in all the main parts. all prices are plus shipping.-andrew | ||

what is the bore and stroke of that motor ? what throttle body are you using/ (including with motor) ? | ||

it runs the stock xb12 stroke with 3 13/16 bore cylinder. i used a stock xb12 throttle body and yes its included.-andrew | ||

the chain kit replaces the stock idler with an accentric adjuster, the system works really well and is easy to use. the axle/swimgarm stay the same and a nylon type chain rub bolts to the top of the swingarm to protect it. i only really used two of the gears when racing. gears and wear parts are all available from pete at grandstand. if you have an 06 or later xb the chain rub is different and you have to run the xbrr rub which is available from ebr for like $15.-andrew (Message edited by babyhuey on June 02, 2010) | ||

that motor is damn tempting since it already has half the parts in it I want and I may have ruined the motor in my 04 buell. would it work on my 04? my bike is a normal 04 lighting with "race kit" and it is a purely street bike would this motor be fine and reliable on the street? i want something i can do the motor swap with no problems? is the cam cover a black cam cover as well? if you do part it out id like to have the black primary cover off of it. please pm or email me a buellblast88@msn.com | ||
