I'm looking to pick up equipment for a new venture, and unfortunately I need to part with my Buell to help fund these purchases. This is ABSOLUTELY one of the cleanest, nicest, and well equipped S3T's you'll find out there. Bike has always been EXTREMELY well maintained. A friend of mine was head Buell tech at a VERY well regarded Harley / Buell dealership, and he's helped me service / go over the bike. It has the blessing of an OFFICIAL Buell tech. The bike current runs like a champ, and it's ready for a cross country ride TODAY. If you want to fly in to Springfield or Branson airports, and ride the bike home, you won't be disappointed. Bump! Suburban sold over the weekend, so now it's time to move the Buell to a new home, and go CNC shopping! It's easy to overlook that this bike has a Works Shock, which most used S3T's don't include. That would be some $$$ if you had to find a new or used one for your bike. It is tempting as I have been thinking about it all day (I am looking for a 97 or 98 but prefer the 97) but this month and most of next has every weekend tied up with a Buell ride, family visit etc... You're gonna laugh...but I'm leaving about 5pm tomorrow for a hiking trip near...Colorado Springs! We're going to be hiking about 2 hours west of Colorado Springs for a few days. We're actually going to be stopping in Colorado Springs on the way through so my friend can visit his aunt. LOL. Shame this didn't happen earlier, as we'd have no problem trailering the bike behind us! | ||

I did see an S2 with a few other Buells, but I don't remember the exact make-up of the group. We spent about 4 days in Buena Vista, hiking the mountains. Now that I'm back, I'm ready to help the Buell go to a new owner! | ||

I don't remember it being white. We just saw it in passing, but I think it was a dark color. Black or maybe blue. Nice bike, though! | ||
