Up for sale is my red 2009 Buell 1125R, located in Jacksonville, FL. I bought it new in late October 2009, and have 1128 miles on it as of today. It is in showroom condition, was broken in properly, and I have the receipts for the oil & filter when I did the first service. It has been garaged since day one--it just gets it's baths in the barn. The only problem it had was the "weeping clutch piston" issue which Buell released the fix kit for and was installed by the dealer. The charging harness recall has not been done yet, but I will get it done before you pick it up or you can take it in yourself if you prefer. I have added a FMF Apex slip-on, DHM front axle sliders (rear slider/spools came on it), and a full set of TechSpec Gripster "snake skin" Grip Pads. I am very impressed with them and this won't be the last bike I put them on. I "de-noided" the bike by taking the cable off the solenoid, but leaving the solenoid on so it won't throw the trouble codes. I do have the resistor--which will be included in the sale--in case you want to remove the solenoid altogether. I also have a clear Zero Gravity Double-Bubble screen which is not installed but will be included. The stock exhaust, passenger pegs (I removed them), and solenoid cable are included as well. There is a small scratch on the left side of the frame--it was there when I bought it. You should be able to see it in the pics. My price for the bike is $6,500. I will travel up to 150 miles to meet you for an extra $200. So we won't waste each other's time, let me say that I am not entertaining lower offers and I am not interested in any trades. I have the clear title in hand. Please PM me or call me at (904)553-3840 if you have any questions. Thanks! Chris

An agreement has been reached and the bike is sold pending receipt of funds. Thanks Tyler. |

Well, the tax man struck and the buyer backed out. I was on the fence before, but I have now decided not to sell it and instead will make it my track bike. So it is no longer for sale. |
