If anyone wants options for trade or buying your tail, PM email and I'll send options The paint is Stock 2007 xb12 paint, in good conditon, The underside was painted with simple flat black. The underside does have some grind marks, but weren't visible at all on the bike. Appearance should not be an issue. Not that you have to, but since it's off i'd suggest repainting the underside. i drilled holes in the side for my LED signals. There is a contour where the hole is, so depending on the turn signal type, it may not sit flush. My type of angled turn signals mounted up satisfactorily after grinding a bit of rubber off. Or don't use the hole, pop in plugs and make a different signal bracket, integrated tailight or worst case, grinding the contour flat and repaint the whole tail. Also, i did not make cutout for license plate lense to shine thru. If you need light on your plate i suggest drilling a line of 3 - 1/4"dia. holes instead of the cutout. | ||
