Please explain how the wheel code is listed in the VIN. I have seen two other CF/Kevlar bikes with PM wheels, and both were more stock than that one. |

Please present the VIN's of the bikes you speak of for verification and I'll believe you. Otherwise, I don't based on what I was told by the factory. Thanks, Frank. |

There is NO WHEEL CODE in the VIN. Never has been. Never will be. Factory documentation is required to verify such information. Get me a VIN, and I might be able to get it verified for you. |

Since this thread came back from the dead, I'll go ahead and clarify: the bike featured in this ad IS the only Carbon/Kevlar X1 built with PM wheels for sale in the US market. The claim is verified and accurate. Future claims to this bike WILL be verified against the KNOWN VIN number. Frauds WILL BE CALLED OUT. |
