Short version: Looking for a like-new or new XB12Ss (Lightning Long) stock seat. If you have upgraded to a Touring, Select, or aftermarket seat, I'd love to buy your older seat from you. I'll trade you a perfect condition XB12STT seat for your XB12Ss seat -- and I'll throw in some money on the deal. Long tail of woe: My Thanksgiving started off crappy: Some scumball had tried to steal my Suzuki DRZ-400S, but my neighbor and I thwarted him (he got away, but abandoned the bike). During the theft attempt, he put a 1.5" tear into the seat of my XB12Ss which was next to the bike he was trying to steal. That's why I have to replace the seat. Fred, I might be willing to swap my stock seat for yours...I would just want you to cover shipping. I'm planning on getting my seat modified by Loren (Baldwin seats) so I think a tear wouldn't be a factor at all. Can you send me pics of the tear so I can forward them to Loren and make sure?
