Are you sure preload is set right and the disk and pads are clean or sanded down clean. It does wonders. Make sure ISO is good too. |

IN REGARDS TO MMMI GRAD'S SUGGESTIONS.... YOU PLAIN AND SIMPLY HAVE A ROTOR THAT WAS MADE WITH NON CONSISTANT METAL. WHEN ITS SITTING THERE AT ROOM TEMPURATURE, ITS FINE. NOW GO THROW YOUR BIKE AROUND ALITLE BIT AND STOMP ON THE BRAKES TO PUT SOME HEAT ON THE ROTOR AND YOU END UP WITH PULSATIONS...DONT YOU?! THE ROTOR DISTORTS DUE TO THE HEAT AND INCONSISTANT METALURIGICAL PROPERTIED.REMEDY... REPLACE ROTOR WITH A QUALITY PIECE. GET IN TOUCH WITH PERFORMANCE MACHINE. THEY CAN HELP YOU. I HAD THE SAME THING HAPPENING BECAUSE I RIDR VERY AGGRESSIVELY. I INSTALLED A CAST IRON DRILLED ROTOR AND HAVE NO MORE PROBLEMS. I ALSO INSTALLED A SET OF LYNDAHL RACING GOLD SERIES CERAMIC PADS AND CAN STOP ON A DIME AND DO 2' STOPPIES WITH NO EFFORT. AND IM A ALMOST 50 YEAR OLD OLD GUY! HOPE I HELPED YOU OUT! KEEP ON BUELLIN! |
