Hoping to find any means to reacquire a Buell that I can devote the proper attention to. Will exchange some kind of service (tutoring, graphics design, writing editor, manual labor) , will make time commitments, will do whatever I have to until I have the funds together to get another Buell! I was a proud XB9s owner 1.5 years ago...then sold the bike when it was time for college because I did a poor job maintaining a healthy paranoia of cagers, and a poorer job of controlling myself at a track day. At the time it seemed easier to just sell the bike to an older, wiser rider than to really knuckle down and get dirty learning the ins and outs of my Buell. Well now I'm eager to return to the sport and know that nothing but Buell will ever really do it for me. This becomes difficult as HD is shutting the doors on our masterful engineering boutique. In the time I've been without my own bike, I've done a lot of riding on borrowed SVs, GSXRs (a 650s and a 750 limited, respectively), have helped friends with a lot of internals work, and have set up many a suspension. I've learned my lessons. So can anyone help me get back to Buell ownership? | ||
