I saw one on Ebay, but its listed as a normal ECM not race.

Can't you just program the stock ECM to have the same timing and fuel parameters?

only race one i saw on ebay was for an 04 or later xb12.

i am not that savvy with computer stuff & the Buell shop here doesn't really know much about performance upgrades.

my best hope is finding an actual race ECM or a re-programmed stock ECM. installing it will be easy, then i just need the shop to reset my TPS....been thru this before with my xb9s.

i will keep looking.

any help would be appreciated!

I think no matter what you do, you should have ECMspy and a cable so you can do your own TPS resets. Otherwise I would like to think that you can reprogram everything to meet the correct conditions for your cycle with the software and the stock ECM, but I could be wrong.
