This bike has, NEW tires professionally mounted and balanced, new brakes professionally done, ALL fluids changed (brakes, oil, trans fluid), NEW spark plugs, New battery, ALL new gaskets (bike sat for a a few years that's why mileage is so low. Im probably missing more things that i've put into it. | ||

Call it fishy if you please, any serious offers on this bike and this baby's going. When I say mistakes I SPEAK to all other people in this world if you are so perfect in your life. Live in learn, i've got my tail tucked, I know what the right thing to do is. AND obviously I dont want to sell my baby, but what comes around goes round and im paying the price. I agree. You need to settle with buellinator before anyone would trust you! I'm sure I'm not the only tuber nut on here thatd love to have it but am scared off by the shady aura surrounding this... Very nice low mileage bike tho | ||

Apart from being burned by him, I'm very disappointed that Greg has chosen not to contact me to resolve this. It has forever changed the way I'll do business on the web. I'll NEVER pay by money order again. Paypal or nothing. I should have been suspicious when he offered to throw in an extra part after I rejected the idea of paying by money order instead of Paypal.  | ||

Yeah really good price someone got a steal but buellinator still got screwed by someone who should have been removed as this is a site for buell enthusiasts, we trust one another. I've made countless transactions and have been happy just being part of this site knowing people enjoy buells as I do. He stole from buellinator and I find that unacceptable. No matter the price, he owes him first and foremost... | ||

I'm highly doubtful that he sold it for so little and I'm equally doubtful that I'll ever see my money. I think he said that he sold the bike for $2200 to thumb his nose at us and to make a hasty exit. Has Badweb lost its innocence? | ||

I think Blake needs to look into this and put a stop to it. This is totally unacceptable. Like most of you guys, I have always taken the sellers word for it and have not yet been burned. I would like to continue doing this but people like Greg cast a shadow on all the other honest folks. Just my 2 cents. | ||

I remember when a man was sellin decals and blake and court made a pretty big stink of that situation. I see this as a far worse infraction. The whole situation is just crap and he doesn't deserve to be on here as he is giving us all a bad name. I feel bad for everyone that's got hosed by that +@!# and I hope karma finds a way to repay those who've been swindled. | ||

I and the other custodians and other helpful BadWeBrs simply look out for the integrity of the forum here. That is my job, to ensure the ongoing integrity of the forum as pertains to its terms of use. My job is not to babysit individual transactions between people. If that becomes an issue for anyone, we'll simply end the classifieds here. That would be a shame, but there is NO way that I nor anyone can be held to account here for the dishonest actions of others. The best I can do is to write a note as above. I sure cannot do anything if no one brings such issue to my attention. BTW, posting snarky little comments like yours is probably not the most reliable way of ensuring that I am notified of such issues. The one and only responsible recourse for restitution in cases like this one is to report the crime to the man's local law enforcement officials. If you need any evidentiary help from me in that regard, please just ask. | ||
